I recently purchased a SP-1 Speakerphone from SP Communications.  I LOVE IT! The
SPEAKER PHONE is by far the BEST I have ever used or seen! The full duplex feature
produces such clarity that I feel that I am having a conversation with someone in the same
room rather than on the other end of a telephone line. The phone maintains this clarity even
when several people join in on the same conversation. As I understand, this is due to the
unique “Learning” function in the phone setup, where the phone “listens” to the telephone line
and the room environment and adjusts itself accordingly for the highest degree of clarity.  No
annoying crackling or echoing at all.

The phone carries a full compliment of essential features, like Caller ID, Speed dialing, and
Redial, Mute and much more. The L.E.D. indicators for each line selection and activity make
handling both lines a breeze.

From the conversations I had with the representatives of SP Communications, the company is
clearly a quality and customer service motivated organization. There is an atmosphere of
genuine concern for the customer and dedication to seeing that every customer has a pleasant
and satisfying experience. The rapid response I received to my inquires was a particularly
pleasing aspect that is rarely seen these days with other companies.

I was further impressed when I learned that SP Communications contracts with Pride
Industries to assemble their products. For those that may be unfamiliar with Pride Industries, it
is a company that selects its workforce from people with physical and mental disabilities. Also,
100% of Pride Industries contributions and profit are re-invested in the company.  On a scale
of   1-5, I definitely give the SP-1 Speakerphone a 5+.  I highly recommend this phone to
anyone.
